Adaptive Path / Capital One Barnraise: Family House

The goal was to streamline the “transitioning in” process for either staff members or guests for Family House, San Francisco. Initial hypotheses included deliverables around connection with other families, targeted introductory packets, and a simplified guide to San Francisco that aided the “homecoming” process for new guests.

The below journey map was created from in-person research with staff and parents.
